If you want a laugh, a different perspective and the occasional reminder to get your shit together, welcome.

We’re Anastasia and Madison, and we were best friends in a past life too (Madison’s Reiki lady confirmed it 😂). Apparently, one lifetime of this wasn’t enough, so here we are for round two.

In this lifetime, we’ve got demanding careers, huge goals and a lot to say. We’ve taken very different paths to get here, so we have plenty of decisions to compare notes on.

We started Hoe to CEO talking about surviving men in the workplace. Those conversations grew into the rest of life: relationships, ambition and who decided we’re all supposed to want the same things.

We talk it all through from different angles, ask uncomfortable questions and laugh at random bullshit along the way. We’re grateful for the lives we have, but we still want more.
